Your trial is 10-days and you can cancel at anytime by emailing [email protected] anytime before your trial expires. After your trial you will be billed monthly for whatever plan you started with your trial.
Yes! All plans have live chat support Monday thru Friday 9am-5PM EST and email support after hours. Our Pro Plan comes with a dedicated account rep who will offer ZOOM screen sharing support.
No! Our software was designed by a fellow gym owner and it is extremely easy to navigate and use unlike the more complicated CRMs like infusionsoft and Active Campaign. Onboard me is effortless and fun to use. We promise :)

Just email [email protected] with the subject line CANCEL and let us know why you are canceling. You should receive a cancellation confirmation and written response within 12-hours - not including weekends. Asl long as your request is timestamped before your rebill date you will not be charged.
